Tires, lets talk tires for Bugeyes.

The good book says 145SRx13 and of course no telling where or how much that would be today.

This is as I remember a very 1950 tire.

All the lookups I see show something like 200/55x13.

What are folks running on their street Bugeyes?

No white walls pls, never did like that look, hehe.

A 165-70-13 works great. I use Cooper Sport GLT. There is also a Classiro 70 series GT radial that works too. The difference between 145 and 165 is 20 MM. Look at tiresaving.com They have both No white walls

Ha, big time, tires are 35$ EACH. What a deal.

Thanks Jolly, hope the 165s clear that darn spring bolt.

Bridgstone 165/65 R13 Pontenza RE92.

You can get them at tirerack.com
