TR4/4A Driveshaft repair

I'm disassembing my driveshaft and replacing the u joints. When I took apart the sliding spline, the fiber/cork washer fell out in pieces.Has anyone sourced these? Can an o ring be substituted?

I couldn't find them either. This one was cut from 1/8" cork sheet.

FYI, TRF now at least has it listed but as "Not Yet Available"

It's just a dust cap so no too critical. But, don't forget to align the arrows when you reassemble the slide.
