I plan to switch my rear springs to try and even out the rear end. There's about a 2" difference from right to left. If that doesn't work is there a chance that a local spring shop could be cheaper than Moss?

Yes...your local spring shoppe can be of GREAT assistance. Go there before buying new rear springs.
