Drive Train Noise ?

Hi all,

I have a poping sound when I shift hard or fast in the 250
that sounds like it is in the rear somewhere
checked the diff mounts and all good
and another noise that sounds like spring tension being released
again when I shift hard
just looking for some additional points to check
Thanks

could be your half shaft unbinding, when you get on it hard they tend to bind up and when you let up on the gas they let go and could be some noise associated with them un binding

just a thought
