Hello Steve,
I can't answer that but what do Draper make that you can't find in America? From my personal preference, Draper is not on my list of favourite tool suppliers.

Hi Alec,

It's a brake caliper retractor. I'm still searching for one here, it's just that I haven't seen one apart from the Draper. It's for the rear brake caliper of my VW Passat, the piston of which has to be turned clockwise back into the caliper housing.
