Dorothy Deen

I heard the sad news today that Dorothy Deen died last week. She had long been a heroine of mine, with her sports car antics, her car accessory business and later running the main West Coast Triumph dealership. Am I right in thinking that she set up Cal Sales?
On the Heritage Certificate for my first TR3A it said that it was originally supplied to Cal Sales.
Of course the Swallow Doretti was also named after Dorothy.
It is always sad when another name in Triumph history is no longer with us.

Those attending Triumphest 2000 in San Diego had the pleasure of meeting and conversing with Dorothy Deen.
