Maybe it is!
We've been enjoying snow, sleet, hail, freezing rain, and ice on and off for the last 24 hours. Main highways are open, but side roads not good. Hartford and Boston drivers experiencing surprises when they zap off the interstate at 70, but hit icy exit ramps.

The change from winter to spring is usually whacky around here - March/early April especially.

Today was very pleasant. Still soon on the ground from the other day, but lightly cloudy with nice breeze.
