Hi all
I tried using the TR6 door seals which don't require the channels but they are thicker and the doors don't close properly. So I want to use the original style but the channels above the rocker panel and up the sides have rotted away. I have the replacement strips but I am not clear how to bend them so that they don't crimp up but fit along the inside curve of the door frames at the bottom. A check with Moss 802-060 tells me it only comes as a straight piece and their notes say "it can be difficult to bend them" Maybe I can install them in small sections or make relief cuts to enable them to be bent?
Any good tips?
