Door hinge repair

Seems I hit a snag. The lower passenger side door hinge was working stiff and somewhat odd. Well the pin was sheered and quite frozen to all the aluminum parts, not sure what was holding it together. I have soaked it in penetrant and tried to use heat to remove the pin parts but no luck so far. Has anyone had any luck repairing these hinges? There is a guy on ebay that refurbishs these hinges, has anyone used his services? A couple of more questions if I may. Are the passenger side and drive side hinges the same. Are all of the 3000 hinges the same. Thanks for listening to my tale of woe.

There are some differences between early and late models. Side to side are same. I have several spares if you need one. Probably $25 each and shipping.

Nominally, all the hinges are the same, but that's like all the fenders are the same. There is some variation between them. I switched my lower right (hardly worn) with my upper left (the most worn), and although they "fit", some fiddling was required to get the doors to fit nicely.
