Does anyone have know of a source for door hinge pins and washers for a BJ7?

I have a copy of British Car Specialists "Rare and Hard to Find" parts catalog. I believe the friction washer you might be looking for is listed on page 3.

I rebuilt my BJ8 hinges by purchasing the next metric size bar stock up from the inch size pin that came from the factory and pressing that into the hinges after sizing the holes for a good fit.

My memory gets fuzzy here; I don't remember if the pins are 5/16 or 3/8s. The next size up for 5/16 would be 9 mm and 3/8s would be 10 mm. This approach removed the least material from the hinge and removed the door sag associated with loose hinges.
