Door adjustments

I need to adjust the bottom right corner of both doors where they're close to the b post. This corner for some reason is too far in toward the cockpit, which leaves a ledge at the sill. How do I adjust this so it's smooth with the rest of the bodywork? The other corners seem to be lining up OK. I didn't know if this is something I can adjust at the hinges, or if I need to get a 2X4 and apply some slight pressure to get it to sit flush. By the way, the weatherstripping has yet to be installed for either door opening.

Adjust one corner all others change as well. Doors are a real pain. Sometimes take days.
