This has got to be the WORST advertising I've seen.

I know this is the BRITISH Car Forum, but just don't tell me the drivers name is "Lou"

Or the best? Good advertising has to be "memorable"!!

PS: The driver's name may not be Lou, but maybe John?

It's so bad that there are photos of his truck, with the name and number of his business, all over the internet. There's even one here on BCF now.

I've seen that photo floating around the net for years. You can't get much more brilliant advertising than that.

I bet his business stinks...

One place here claims "We're #1 with #2"....

The old "#1 in the #2 Business" tag line is a classic-it pops up all over the place.

Was reading a thread over at Autosport.com and someone mentioned a plumbing van that said "Patel Plumbing: You've Tried The Cowboys, Now Try The Indians!". I found that to be pretty good.

There's also a photo of a British plumbers van with the registration "WH 05HAT". Imagine it with the space between the 0 and the 5....

william, notice it says "electrical and plumbing services" the mind runs wild with what he could paint on the passengers door to advertise the electric side of his sevices, perhaps him sticking a body part in an outlet,...what?...what?....im thinking a finger...
