I think more like, the kids who made bad decisions were more prone to smoke pot and CRS.
 
When we were visiting some friends in Denver this summer, we saw this sign.

The "reason" it's legal (by prescription) is to help people with glaucoma.
One of our friends who we were visiting out there is a minister. He told us; "There seems to be a lot of glaucoma out here." :wink:
