Just a guess, JB Weld. Its a 2 part epoxy bonding cement. I've used it to attach many different kinds of materials. Most auto stores carry it. I don't have the packaging any more to double check. Here's the site https://www.jbweld.net
My choice would be Westsystem 2 part epoxy resin! It'll bond just about anything! It can be mixed from awatery to a putty texture and curing rate can be fast or slow!
