Hi
There is a listing for a Spit hardtop. Says it original metal top. Guy is selling it for his uncle. He thought they came without a liner. But I see Spitbits lists a liner.
What's the real story?
Thanks

My factory hardtop has a liner it's white and makes the interior quite nice! It also has vent windows that push in and out.

Yes it has one.

We restored our top a year ago. It is beautiful, white inside and near perfect.

I was surprised. Without glass, I had $4-500 in parts to restore the hardtop without the paint cost. It took two weekends of fooling with it. It was a family job. The mounting parts were another $50-60.

That top probably cost me $900 finished.

I understand. I just did my TR6 hardtop this winter. Liner, paint, new seals. It does add up fast.
Thanks for the info.
