Hi Guys,
Under the rotor,in this distributor, is there suppose to be a felt disk to hold oil for the points? Years ago, in certain distributors, I remember seeing them from time to time.As always, I appreciate your help.

Bobby R The only small felt disk I know of is located in the center of the Dizzy cam shaft and becomes visible when the rotor is removed. This disk [should always be there ] is used to hold and supply lubricating oil to the Shaft that supports the cam. P.S. Points do not like oil---Fwiw--Keoke-

Hey Keoke,
How's everything by you? I'm sorry I didn't explain this better. The felt you're explaining is the one I remember but when I look under this rotor, there is no felt disk.(just a phillips head screw) Do you think I should make a felt disk for this? Thanks for your help.
