Distributor pull - 25D - ideas please? - FIXED!

I got a bit of sunshine today so I have the mounting plate disconnected and my old distributer pulled out 1/2 inch.
It stops there, won't pull out.
Any quick ideas?

It has to be the outer part of the dizzy where it fits into the sleeve. Push, pull, turn, wiggle. Might even get a pair of water pumps on it if possible.

It was the O ring.
Took a lot of force to get it out. Big prybar, fulcrum against the block. Like I've heard from others - once it came it all came at once.
