MGB digital gauges for mgbs

I'm not sure how much they make in the way of digital instruments anymore, but VDO makes several styles of instruments up to 100mm in diameter.

Good luck with your search. I don’t think there are too many choices for aftermarket digital gages. 100mm seems to be an awfully common size. I wouldn’t bet the farm on finding something in the exact size you’re looking for but you never know.

Personally, I don’t care for digital gages in cars but if I were thinking of doing a digital data panel for something I wouldn’t constrain myself to individual round readouts for each parameter. Those shapes and spacings exist to accommodate the gage mechanisms. Since digital gages don’t have traditional mechanical movements there’s no particular reason to shape them that way.

I would consider doing a blackout panel something like this:

More likely I would do a hybrid analog/digital with analog readouts for tachometer and other parameters that you need to watch on the fly. Something like:

(note: if you like that blackout panel JC Whitney sells it at a discount. I wouldn’t be surprised if other speed shops do as well)

PC.
