Differential

Already preparing for Triumphest. My friend and I replaced U joints, pulled the old bushings out of the diff, and determined that the replacement differential will be an improvement. We were able to complete a two hour job in only six hours. When putting the axles back in the differential, I remember thin gaskets between the diff and the the plates that hold the axles in. Yet I don't see them in any of the part catalogs. Could be I'm confusing that with some other job...
T.T.

The good news is the axles and associated parts are back on the car. I'll bleed the brakes and I can drive the car while I wait for the gasket to put the differential together. Then start again with the replacement diff and a new camber compensator.

Good morning TT.

I am not aware of any gaskets that go between the axles and differential. Moss doesn't show any below either;

Did you reinforce your differential mounts yet? Camber compensator ala Richard Good's trailing arm kit?
