differential indentification

Hello...,
Can anyone give me information from which car this differenial is coming?
I bought it as a mowog differential for a Austin Healey Sprite, but it does not fit.

That is a 3.9 diff- could be to a Sprite/Midget OR to an early MGB, size is the difference. If it is too big to fit in a Sprite then it is probably to the MGB.
