I did! Agatha was getting cabin fever and seeing as how it was a balmy 44F here in the East Mountains, we decided to do a 46 mile route trip jaunt. Gloves/ear covers made for a grand time. Nose was only chilly point. A great time was had by all - Agatha purred and I beamed.

Yes, and what a perfect day while all the football fans are sitting in front of the boob tubes. It's 70-degrees, sunny with a light breeze, perfect blue skies and the roads are empty. I'm going back out in a few minutes and I'm not coming back until football is over.

Took the BT7 out today. They're doing an "Extreme Makeover" a couple of blocks away from me and I had to cruise by for a look.

However, yesterday was the big day! Our local club (Tucson British Car Register) had its monthly "Cruise & Schmooze). Great turnout - take a look:

That's a Cobra kit. Belonged to a neighbor at one of our stops so he only drove it a short distance but it was impressive. The XK120 FHC was parked behind an XJ220. What a difference 100 makes.

I should add that the car in 632 and 633 is a real AC Ace and not a Cobra replica.

No...but I moved some snow around with my Ford tractor.

Hi, we just got back from taking the 100-6 out for a run - what a great day!

No. I chopped ice, shopped for tile and carpet, but no car fun at all. I did look under the cover to make sure my CTek charger was working, but that was it. Plenty of time coming in warm weather when this stuff if done.

I looked at my pile of car parts as I walked outside today. Does that count?

Actually, no. I took Onslow to the breakfast and when I got home I decided it was time for Agatha. Didn't want her getting jealous, you know, what with their being garage mates and all. I must admit it sure was nice getting one over on Ross.

Now those are fine looking vehicles! Garage pics #610 and #611 looks like it's my garage. NOT So where's the oil stains???

Ok forcasters were wrong it was only -13f when I went out to fire up the car but it fired right up and after 15 minutes was ready to go. It was actualy comfortable around town with just a very light jacket. Finaly got it back in its winter cave after blow torching the well frozen lock back into service.

It was over 50 today, but rain and snow coming again tomorrow. Too bad, a lot melted, but hey, it's winter.

Oh well, I like the different seasons and spring/summer/fall will be here soon with plenty of time for trips all over New England with the CCBCC/BMCNE and to see the BCF gang in CT. We'll probably try to get to Stow, VT this year, since the car is all done and ready for a lot of road trips.

Gotta love finally driving it for a change.
