i know that in a chevy engine you can put a 283 crank in a 327 and make it a 302...can you put a 948 crank in a 1275 and make it a high revving engine???

i almost forgot that you have to have the 283 rods also

No, you can't swap a 948 crank into a 1275 block. A properly built 1275 will exceed 7500 rpm. How high do you expect to go, and to what advantage?
