Denis Welch STEEL ROCKER PEDESTALS AND SPACERS

Rebuilding the rockers shaft assembly and I purchased the Denis Welch steel rocker pedestals and spacers. I have a question that I submitted to them, but have yet to hear back. I have one spacer that has a cutout in it and I'm trying to figure where it goes. Does anyone have a clue? It is the only one with the cutout, the rest are solid.

Ok, so I think I've figured it out. It's a relief cut for the supply tube. Oh, yeah. Case closed.
