The only thing they need to make this complete is a bunch of 10 year old boys to throw them out, although rather than snakes they'd probably perfer to toss them over a girls playground..
 
Actually they have been doing that for years on some islands
 
And Guam is over-run with those reptiles. No natural predators to keep 'em in check.
