David Vizard: Tuning Standard Triumphs

A while back I saw a .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) file on the net that was this book. I printed it off, but I've got a friend who wants it. Does anyone know where I can get the file or have it themselves that they could send me in an email or some other way?
