dash is finally done. Reconditioned guages, new chrome on bezels, and new leather. :yesnod:

I'd even say "sexy!"

Hi Rusty,

Looks really great. Personally, I would have left the pod a black finish as Orig. but nevertheless; Its not mine.

"It looks really great"!

Now; Let us see the rest of the car.

Regards, Russ

Thanks for posting this. I have been debating how I want to finish the dash. As soon as I saw this I knew. I have painted the car Rosa Corsa red ad decided
on tan leather. The burled wood finishes it off GREAT! Tom

Hey Rusty,

Like Russ, I was always an "original" guy, but I am starting to cut some slack for the other folks.

Your burled wood-tan interior is a gorgeous, classy combination. heck, let them HAVE a point at the Concours! Who cares?

I just bought a B, and the PO had CHROMED the instrument panel! I was horrified when I saw the first photo, but it is starting to grow on me. It sets off the dash in an otherwise all-black interior.

Somebody in the club has offered me a crackle-finish panel; maybe I'll switch and see which one I like better.

Regardless, beautiful dashboard. I hope the rest of your car looks this good!

George
