Dash support bolt caps.

I finally settled for a hand made timber bolt caps for my dash support; solid European Beech left over from my door rails. I looked at the plastic caps and wasn't overly impressed.
Notice my new Korean made knobs. The white markings are painted on (not recessed) and rub straight off!!! Luckily I've kept the original ones, I'll try and re paint the symbols on them.

Wow!!

You are really lucky- you have knobs!

The Crypt Car has only a choke knob-
DPO Pedro got rid of the others when he gutted
the heating plumbing out of the car.

i used those little black plastic bolt covers, Not really happy with them though. They seem to fall off...

There is a method of wiping some type of white color on the knobs and then wiping it off. It was mentioned quite a while ago on the forum.

I used some chrome bumper bolts. They have a carriage bolt square neck, are short and give me plenty of strength to hold the dash tight. The nice round chrome head almost looks like it belongs.
