Some people are just asking to get this award.
A local photographer has been taking high school senior portraits. Today this photographer decided to take a series of pictures entitled "mess the dress" of a young woman in her prom dress getting it messed up a bit. So the photographer had their subject posed in various positions: walking, sitting, lounging, laying down, etc in the rain. "what's wrong with that?" you might ask. These pictures are being taken on an active rail line in rural PA with blind curves on both sides of the shoot and no near by crossings to give a train reason to blow the horn. Just being on the tracks is illegal. Add in the rain making the rails slick, dampening the squeals of wheels coming around the curves and adding to the noise of water hitting the trees' leaves makes it just plain stupid. Since I don't have a working phone here today, I have e-mailed the railroad and Operation Lifesaver...

Guess this is my rant for the day.

Sounds like an episode of Rocky and Bullwinkle. (which would make you Dudley Doright)

BTW a guy got hit by a train in Maine today. Busted arm, refused to be taken by ambulance. No ****.
Said he couldn't hear it comin' cause the engine was in the rear pushing instead of pulling.

It's still up. Dude, she's a redneck, that's par for the course. Look at the other pics, the only thing that's missing is getting drunk and prison (and maybe Waylon Jennings).

Only Waylon, what about Willie and the boys?

You forgot mom

I don't think that these are even close to Darwin winners. I remember when growing up in Michigan about 2 guys with a noisy drive train on a pickup truck, so one genius decided to lie on the ground under the vehicle to find where the noise was coming from while his friend drove over him.... I think is it fairly obvious that their plan did not work out very well.

Yea, Darwin awards are for those you wonder exactly how they managed to survive so far. Guy around the corner from my house has a steep driveway to a lower level garage. Went by on day and his pickup was at the top of the drive, rear wheels on the pavement, front wheels up in the air since the truck had bee jacked up and set on a couple 4x4 posts so he could get under it. Didn't kill himself but you wonder exactly how someone could think that was a good idea.
