Darn the ZS carb and inertial starter!

Well, since I hadn't driven it in over a week, I took it to work today. After several rounds of char-rar-cough-VREEEE the engine finally decided to keep on running, albeit pretty rough. After several seconds it finally settled down. I'm leaning towards a stuck vacuum kick piston, since the carb worked fine for the longest time. The dashpot still has oil in it, because that's the only other thing I've found that makes it hard to start. Any ideas?
