Cylinder Head Nut Removal needed

I'm in the process of final assemblying of a newly rebuilt Tri-Carb engine. Unfortunately just realized that there are two brackets not installed that support the Carb Throttle Return Springs & are secured under Head Nuts. The Head has already been torqued down. Can I get away with removing these nuts in pairs, to install the brackets & retorque without causing Head- Gasket issues?
