I think it is safe to assume Sprites and Midgets were built in the same plant, curious as to how they built them. Two different lines one for MG and one for AH? The difference was more than just the badges they put on, I assume the panels were finished differently to with holes to accept the MG chrome trim strips for example.
Did they do a run of Healeys for a couple days, weeks? month? or were they all just kind of rolling down the line in small batches a handful at a time, or??
Did hybrid mistakes ever emerge with Sprite markings on the outside and MG on the dash or horn button that would be the first true "spridget" eh? (sure plenty of those out there now!).
