Curious Monsoon Flood Photo

we had a bit of a monsoon yesterday afternoon. This photo is interesting. The old man is standing on top of the bench at the local bus stop. Is he waiting for the next bus? OR is he waiting for a boat to rescue him? Or- is he just enjoying the view.

He certainly looks cool, calm and collected.

Actually 5002, and If that guy was in Co. it would be snow under him if what I say on the weather channel is correct.
