Just got a call from Mary's nephew on Christmas day. Mary's sister was coming out of a Village Inn on their way to midnight mass and slipped on the ice and fractured her pelvis. She's in the hospital now on lots of pain medication! What a rotten thing to happen on Christmas Eve!
 
ouch! thats gotta hurt.
 
What a shame. Kinda puts a damper on the season for them (and your mate, too) I'd guess.
 
Here's hoping her recovery is short.
