Has anyone done the above? Gotten estimates from a reliable source?
I'd like to get a gut feel for the cost of having a running car shipped from the Canadian east coast to Europe. I filled in the blanks on two of the Internet advertising outfits requestng quotes, and my application was rejected automatically as, somehow, they didn't ship from Canada to England (huh?).
These guys https://www.anonscope.com/shippingrates.htm show a chart of nominal costs on their web-site, with 750 pounds ($ 1158 US; $ 1162 Cdn) to move a car from England to Halifax.
Further wisdom would be appreciated.
