Correct Seat Rails for Bugeye?

Can someone confirm if these are the correct seat rails (the ones with the slots in them) for a Bugeye Sprite? The mounting holes that should line up with the four bolt holes in the floors...don't line up. When I slide on the rails, the bolt holes in the floors are about an inch inward from the rails. I'm pretty sure the bolt holes in the floors are the originals and are threaded. But I'm not sure about the rails.
