TR4/4A Correct grill?

I have 2 TR4a grills, 1 I know is a 67 and it's all aluminum, but kinda dull. The other is a 66 of 67 and is aluminum, but has black paint or anodizing along the upper edges. Both are in similar condition and I'm trying to decide which one to restore.
Thanks, Rut

My '66 grill is all anodized aluminum ... no black. I've had the car since 1967 so I know it's original.

I think, but I'm not certain, that the TR250 grills were partially blacked out.

Post us a picture. A 250 grill does have black paint on it. Do you have a blacked out half moon at bottom middle slat? TR4a will have no paint and have a half moon opening there. Be glad to trade nice TR4a grill for the 250 one.

Marc,
Thanks, I'll clean it up and store it in the barn with the rest of the car.
