Coolant loss

Not to fret unless you see it climbing above "N" unnaturally. You may have had a bit more in the rad than it needed as expansion took effect (hence the name: "expansion tank" /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/jester.gif ). Run it a while with cap on and keep an eye on the fluid level.
 
I know what you mean by the expansion tank that is on later models. Would there be any value to putting an expansion tank system on and what would be involved?
