coolant leak

I have recently Changed my major coolant hoses, and the flushed the system on my 88 xjs v12, now just recently a pretty bad coolant leak has occured at the rear of the engine, near the transmission, from what i can see, it's comming from right above the driver side exhaust. Any one have any idea where it might be actually comming from? I don't have the ability to really raise the car. thanks for any help you can give.

There is a freeze plug on the head that might be the source. Also, check the hoses at the heater valve which is a black plastic diaphragm housing with a vacuum line. The lines into and out of the heater core on the firewall are also possible sources.
