Control head help

In trying to finish the restoration of my BJ8 I have hit a stumbling block. The 3 screws on the signal/horn control head seem to have no place to thread into on re-assembly.
These are the screws that hold the horn push to the control head. Was there nuts in there? I removed the screws and nothing fell out.

Thanks
Frank

Hi Frank,

They are not screwed into anything, the control head is held in place by the nut and olive at the end of the stator tube. The grub screws are there to keep everything in as the adjustable steering wheel is moved in and out, but allows the control head to stay in place as the wheel is turned left or right.

I think I can did up a diagram if you need it.
