Hi folks....
Just wanted to make a plug for Wurth Contact OL oxidation solvent. I have never seen another product that works so well to eliminate corrosion on electrical contacts. This stuff is particularly helpful on old British switches that have gotten arthritic.
The stuff is stupid expensive, but the first time you save a $75 Jaguar rocker switch or an unobtanium four way flasher switch for a TR-250, you'll realize the stuff is like liquid gold.
It's available from Wurth USA and most German car specialty shops carry it.
One nice side effect of the stuff is that on black plastic switches, it also makes the black plastic shiny and new looking.
