Connections for a 'Service Warning Module' - 1976 MG-B

I am rebuilding a 1976 MG-B that I purchased non-running. There are a few 'modifications' to the electrical system, particularly in the motor compartment.

I found a module that is mounted on a bracket or the R/H side of the engine bay just ahead of the heater blower. There is a 'speedo type' cable from the transmission that goes into the bottom & another speedo type cable that goes from the top of the module to the speedometer. There is also a black sheathed wire set about 30 inched long coming out of the back of the module with a dark green wire with a male connector and a light green with a white stripe & female connector .

I have been unable to find a connecting harness / plug for these wires, either under dash or in the motor compartment.

Any ideas?

THANKS!
