Congrats to Paul Slice for winning first place in class at the Charleston car show Sunday the 29th. It was a great show in a great setting. The host club of Charleston did a wonderful job! What an enjoyable day. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gifPJ

It was a beautiful day in a beautiful setting in historic downtown Charleston.

Some very nice cars especially the blue twin cam MGA.

I got to meet and talk at length with Paul 161 Jennings and he has done a fantastic job on the restoration of his CB B.

Here are some pictures of his bright red B.

Paul, The fellow from New Jersey, the one with the blower on his car next to me won third place, I won 2nd place and it was announced that you won first. I looked for you after the anouncement, but you left. I think the club member with the other red "B" parked between us picked up your trophy for you. PJ

Good looking B, really like the interior.

Thanks Jack,It's amazing that I've had this car,(in deplorable condition), for almost twenty years buried in the barn. It was either junk it or fix it. I decided the latter and glad I did. Driving it, makes me feel like I'm in my second childhood. No wonder we get so attached to these cars. PJ

Paul Slice,

Did you get my email about the HIF6 carburetors?
