Confirming the best choice for clutch / release bearing for my 67 Midget

A few years ago when I did the clutch on my 74 Midget, the general opinion seemed to be Borg & Beck - especially because they didn't have the "pinned" release bearing that have been known to fail, I have had no issues, my 67's release bearing is now toast so I plan to replace the entire clutch as I'm not taking the chance to just replace the release bearing & have to go back in a year later for the clutch... is Borg & Beck still a good choice for a stock driver ? Just wanted to make sure things haven't changed in the past few years.

I think it's a great choice. Years ago I mistakenly tried a Quinton Hazel clutch and 6 months later had to replace it. Never had problems with B&B.
I have also used AP and found them as good.

Okay thanks for the reply, I will get one ordered in the new year when my bank account recovers, also my nephew is showing an interest in working on cars... I'll get him to help on this job, if he still likes working on cars after that, he's a true gearhead lol
