Comptune 3 into 1 Header

I noticed on my '65 Midget that the exhaust manifold is a well-constructed 3 into 1 instead of the more common LCB. I always thought these were more for the racers (good power, but at high revs) - when I bought the car it had an otherwise standard 1098, so I was surprised by the manifold. I don't know for sure if it is a Comptune one, but it looks identical to the wrapped one on page 12 in the Winners Circle catalog - the catalog is on-line at their website:

Are these worthwhile for a street car? If not, do any of the racers want it? It is set up for a tight fit with a standard intake manifold, and interferes with the Maniflow intake manifold that was in the box of spares (he spent a lot of $ on this car, but in a random kind of way).
