Compression. PSI should be...

A dry compression test is made after shutting the engine off. Then, after recording the numbers, another compression test is made after squirting a small amount of oil in the cylinders. The oil will act to seal the rings, and a significant increase in the compression numbers points to worn rings.
WOT refers to "Wide Open Throttle." WOT allows air to be easily drawn into the cylinders for the test, giving more accurate compression pressures.
