Just soak the keyboard in your favorite degreaser, and voila'! Now for those smudges on the screen.

Except for the colors. it is, just not the one we normally see. I have a shop manual for an Austin A30, published in 1953 by the Austin Motor car company that has almost the identical diagram. All the iconography and layout is identical and typical of pre-BMC diagrams. It's probably from a very early publication.
