color of steering column for BJ8

My interior is beige leather (I believe not a standard color but very nice). The outside is BRG. What should the steering column be? BRG or Black? Gloss or flat?

Jag, my two cents would go for semi-gloss black. I don't think you should bring BRG into your interior color scheme. I've seen the BRG/Beige combo and agree that it looks very nice.
 
Black. Gloss or semi-gloss. I believe the factory used a gloss black that faded.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

As far as I recall, none of the suspension or steering parts were painted body color- they were all black if steel or left natural if aluminium (I think)....
