Cockpit Surround

My next project is going to be rebuilding the cockpit surround so I can fit a tonneau cover and eventually a top back on. The body shop filled all the holes in the metal flange, so I'll have to drill new ones. I picked up a new surround rubber piece and chrome finishers, but the rubber doesn't have holes.

What hardware pieces do I need to put the surround back on the car? Can someone tell me what mix of snaps, tennax, and lift-a-dot items I'll need, or any other hardware that's needed to complete the job?

Snaps across the back under the chrome strip(13 pops into my head) check the chrome for the number of holes. The I believe three lift the dots on each side of those.
