well as most of u know, my clutch is brand new last summer...ive put many miles on it already........

my problem is that my clutch doesnt want to engage fully..
ive already bleed it again...still the same..
it seems to work fine for a while, but after a little warm up it starts getting weak and wont let me shift, grinds, etc...pumping it helps somewhat..
i see NO leaks, so i dont get it..........
could my master/slave be defective maybe?....zimmmy

Could be the sealing cup in the master is letting fluid by when it gets warm/soft. What is the history of the master? New, Rebuilt, old?

Check your adjustment on both the pedal push rod on the M.Cyl and the push rod on the S.Cyl. If pumping helps, it could be a bad MC or SC. I would pull the SC first since it is easiest. For the price I would just replace it verses rebuilding.

ALL of it is NEW....EVERYTHING but the clutch disk.....it works fine.....i even have new tubing....z

I would disconnect the rod from the slave to the lever arm and check how free the lever arm moves, sounds like you may have some binding here.

but how would air get in there?
it works good for a few minutes then
it craps out on me..........
doesnt make any sense.........z

It has always been in there, it is moving around some.

this is a way out there note, but some time ago I had picked up a new flywheel that had some protective coating on it. Well it turned out when it got hot it became sticky and caused the clutch to stick. Had to tear the whole thing down and clean it to correct problem.

Oh yukie. Not a good reason to have to pull an engine.

Had my flywheel resurfaced and he put suran wrap on it and sealed it up.
