Clutch finger problems on Powetune aftermarket clutch cover

2nd time round in 2 years the clutch finger retaining bolts on this Powetune (aftermarket?) clutch cover loosened, causing clutch failure. Replaced by a different brand now, but beware.
Placed before my purchase of my Healey Sprite, this part has a clear manufacturing/quality issue, whereby, in spite of retainer clips for the retainer bolts, the bolts come loose and the clutch loses its function.
